The 11th Cross-disciplined Forces Training Programme for Ethnic Minority (EM) Youth was held at the Fire and Ambulance Services Academy on December 18, 2024. The programme was jointly organised by the Public Relations Wing of the Force and the Fire Services Department, with support from other disciplined services, including the Auxiliary Medical Service, Civil Aid Service, Correctional Services Department, Customs and Excise Department, Government Flying Service and Immigration Department. Held as a day camp, the programme was joined by around 120 EM youths. The programme provided disciplinary and team-building training, mock physical fitness tests and opportunities for participants to experience fire services work and to gain a deep understanding of the work areas and entry requirements of various disciplined services, encouraging them to start their career planning early.
