Commissioner Siu Chak-yee presented promotion letters to three officers on February 19. Ms Mao Lee-sha has been promoted to Chief Superintendent. Mr Lee Yin-ming and Mr Mok Yiu-fai have been promoted to Controller (Police Telecommunications).

On the same day, the Commissioner presented Commissioner of Police’s Commendation (CPC) to Superintendents Chik Ka-man and Siu Wan-yin, and Chief Inspector Hui Yue-mun.
