A delegation comprising 20 officers from the Traffic Branch Headquarters (TBHQ) and five Regional Traffic Units visited the Traffic Department of Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau on February 25 to exchange views on traffic policing and applying technology to assist traffic law enforcement.

The delegation visited the Command Centre of the Traffic Department and the Comprehensive Government Service Hall of Zhuhai to gain in-depth insights on its counterparts’ latest equipment and policy regarding drink driving and drug driving, advanced technology for traffic accident investigation, as well as the challenges brought by northbound Hong Kong vehicles. The delegates also shared with local officers the Force’s enforcement practices for impaired driving. The visit enhanced the professional knowledge of both parties.
