South Korea


Superintendent Chiu Yik-man led a 15-member delegation to visit the Korean National Police Agency (KNPA) in South Korea in December 2024. The delegation toured the Future Policing Education Hall, the Police Investigation Academy and other advanced facilities to understand their anti-cybercrime training framework and forensics knowledge. Subsequently, the delegates visited a police station to gain insights into the Korean policing operational systems. They also joined a series of training experiences, including driving simulated police cars and helicopters, and extended reality-based training. Both sides exchanged views on issues such as cybercrime, domestic violence and youth crime prevention, as well as sharing best practice cases related to community engagement and case management.


Singapore


Superintendent Ko Tik led a 12-member delegation to visit the Singapore Police Force (SPF) and INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation in Singapore in January 2025. The delegation visited several key units of SPF and shared with them on the application of innovative technology in policing, investigation of transnational crimes and community policing practices. After local officers briefing on the importance of transnational intelligence networks, both parties discussed the critical roles of international cooperation in combatting cyber and financial crimes.
