The Police Debate and Speech Club held two Impromptu Speaking Workshops on January 14 and February 11 in Cantonese and English respectively. Former District 89 Director of Toastmasters International Superintendent Sean Lin, who was also the National English Speech Champion of China Toastmasters International, was the tutor for both workshops. In the workshops, participants learned various impromptu speaking techniques and practised in groups. The second workshop was also opened to members of the Junior Police Officers Development Programme.
