commended by Director of Marine | |
ON 26 February, seven police officers (along with 12 Hong Kong citizens) were commended by Director of Marine, Tsui Shung-yiu, for acts of bravery shown in a variety of separate incidents which involved saving the lives of individuals who would in all likelihood have drowned had the officers not jumped into Hong Kong waters to rescue them. The seven commended officers were Sergeants Tang Wing-fai, Ying Kin-kwong and Cheung Chun-wai, Senior Police Constable Tsui Tai-man, and Police Constables Chan Chi-keung, Chan Chung-chi and Wong Siu-kei. | Bravery commended.
