Opening of Happy Valley NCO's Mess

COMISSIONER of Police Eddie Hui Ki-on officiated at the opening ceremony of the Non-Commissioned Officers' Mess at Happy Valley Police Station on April 14. Also officiating at the event were Regional Commander of Hong Kong Island Leung Chi-bun and District Commander of Wan Chai Tsang Wai-hung.The NCO's Mess is formerly an officers mess established in 1987.

CP Hui receives the visiting Australian delegation led by Australian Minister for Justice and Customs Amanda Vanstone (second from right) and Commissiner of Australian Federal Police Mick Palmer (centre) AN Australian delegation led by Australian Minister for Justice and Customs Ms Amanda Vanstone and Commissioner of Australian Federal Police Mr Mick Palmer visited the Force on April 7.
The delegation was greeted by CP Eddie Hui Ki-on, senior directorate officers of Police and Narcotics Bureau Chief Superintendent Koo Sii-hung. Ms Vanstone presented a certificate of appreciation to CSP Koo for the co-operation between the bureau and Australian police in smashing a drug syndicate.

SECRETARY for Security Regina Ip paid a visit to the Complaints Against Police Office Hong Kong Office on April 13. She was greeted by Director of Management Services Dick Lee Ming-kwai and was briefed by Superintendent of CAPO Cheung Yim-fui on the daily operations and procedures of the CAPO.
