The Hong Kong Police Force Inter-District Football Competition 98/99, which started in October last year with 44 participating teams, came to a close with Kwai Tsing District beating the Police Tactical Unit 1-0 during the final held at the Police Sports and Recreation Club on June 1. The Police Headquarters team and the Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch team were declared the most sporting sides of the championship. Assistant Commissioner of Police (Operations) Cheung Chi-sum presented the trophies to the teams.
