The day's programme is jam-packed with a wealth of events including swimming, seven-a-side football, basketball, table tennis, squash, tennis, tenpin bowling, tug of war and athletics.

A host of senior officers will be on hand to individually donate and present trophies to the winners of each event.

There will also be a Major Unit Trophy for the highest point scoring formation from the four Districts and a Minor Unit Trophy for the highest point scoring formations in other units.

Many other prizes will also be up for grabs.
