Well, the noise and banging will be continuing at the Police Officers' Club for a few more weeks, but the renovation work is on schedule and everything, including the new Fitness Centre, will be completed by mid-August.
The Club welcomes a new Food and Beverage Manager this month. Peter Chung has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, including postings with Hong Kong's Furama and Regal Riverside Hotels, the China Hotel in Guangzhou, the Shanghai Hilton and Radisson Hotel, and the Queen's Hotel in sunny Bermuda!
Peter has pledged to bring the highest standards of catering and service to the club, and looks forward to meeting all the club members over the summer. Peter can be contacted on 2591-1924.
The next Sunday Magic Show is slated for August 1 at 12.30 pm - fantastic family fun!
