I am writing to express my appreciation for the support and assistance Police provided in connection with the commissioning of the Kowloon Bay Health Centre (KBHC).
Through the very hard work and endurance of Police, the various health services at the KBHC have commenced operation in phases since May this year.
Please convey my thanks to your officers, in particular Ngau Tau Kok Assistant Divisional Commander (Operations) H.L. Kwok, who has been actively involved in the liaison with representatives of residents in the neighbourhood over the years.
