Officers take kids to court School students had fun on the basketball court while simultaneously learning the importance of crime prevention in a friendly match against police officers recently. Wan Chai District and the Hong Kong Island Regional Crime Prevention Office organised the event which saw officers squaring-off against students from Wan Chai's St Mary's Church College. The match was to reach out to youngsters through more fun and interesting means than the usual lectures. The HKI Crime HQ Superintendent, Chan Wan-lung, and the Acting Regional Crime Prevention Officer HKI, Lee Kam-wing, attended the event. After three games and as many intense hours of sweaty competition, the police team out foxed the courageous kids to take the event, in a top sporting and educational atmosphere. SP Chan presented souvenirs to each player and the teams exchanged commemorative flags.
