The seminar, to raise anti-crime awareness, included a briefing on the general crime situation by Cheung Chau Divisional Commander Feline Li Wai-lin. A demonstration of anti-burglary devices and an exhibition on burglary prevention by the Crime Prevention Unit were also featured.
Committee vice-chairman Kwong Kwok-wai also appealed to the public to assist Police in fighting crime.
The seminar ended with a presentation of souvenirs to Cheung Chau officers by a resident in recognition of their good work.
