Eligible bachelors

Seven officers received their Bachelor of Science (Hons) degrees in Policing and Police Studies from the United Kingdom's University of Portsmouth on August 12.

The presentations were made at a ceremony in the Police Training School with the University's Vice-Chancellor, Professor John Craven, who flew over for the occasion, and Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police (Training) Ian Tyzzer.

The officers graduated through a distance-learning programme. They were Chief Inspector Kwok Ho-fai, Senior Inspectors Chan Hoi-lun, Tsang Chung-kei, Yu Wing-ming, Inspector Fu Chung-fu, Station Sergeant Liu Ki-sun, and Police Constable Ng Shu-ming.
