Patrol Sub-unit Team One of Sham Shui Po Division received souvenirs of thanks from the Wealty Cheng Construction Company on November 10 for recovering their stolen equipment.

Station Sergeant Ng Chi-ming, SGT Lai Kwok-wing and Police Constables Pang Hang-lam and Chiu Hoi-lam looked into the case and questioned two men selling construction tools in Apliu Street on September 21. One admitted the tools were stolen from a Kwai Chung site.

Charges were laid and the goods were swiftly returned to the company.
