Secretary for Works Lee Shing-see officiated at the passing-out parade of nine Probationary Inspectors and 58 Police Constables on December 4 at the Police Training School.
Mr Lee reminded graduates of the Force's fine traditions in the maintenance of law and order, and the importance of keeping up with the times. "It takes the whole community to build up a bright future for Hong Kong, and it takes an honest and dedicated police force to give the community full protection," Mr Lee said.
