Run for the hills! The Police Headquarters gymnasium will be organising lunchtime runs to encourage staff to use their spare time for fitness and health.
The two-round run takes place up on the Bowen Road jogging route from 1 to 2 pm on February 18 and March 10. A host of trophies and souvenirs will be up for grabs.
At about four kilometres, the run is open to all officers and civilians working in PHQ formations. Application forms are now available at the gym on the fourth floor of Arsenal House. Entry deadline is February 9.
