Eastern school kids visited the homes of Siu Sai Wan Estate elderly on January 30 and helped clean up under the guidance of police officers and social workers.

The junior secondary school students with behavioural problems and learning difficulties, were participants in Phase II of the Optimistic View of Life Campaign jointly organised by Eastern District and other government departments and voluntary organisations to provide guidance to the youths. The campaign was first launched in October 1998 with Phase I completed in July last year.
