Guangdong info officers visit PPRB
 On location: Guangdong officers see how the Force's Police Magazine television show is put together |
A six-member delegation from the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department visited from March 7 to 11 to study the Force's management, organisation and co-ordination of information dissemination.
The delegation comprised the Department's information office deputy head Li Shibin, its external affairs office deputy head Li Yuanfa and four other information staff.
The group visited the Police Public Relations Branch, were briefed on its day-to-day operations and viewed location filming for a segment of Force television programme Police Magazine.
The visitors also toured a police station report room and learned the procedures in dealing with reports from the public and providing information to the media.
