The two formations out-rowed a host of competition in their two respective categories, the New Territories North and Open divisions. Held by Yuen Long District at the Tin Shui Wai Police Station gym, 11 teams of four took part.

Each competitor completed a two-kilometre row in the fight to gain the best aggregate times for their teams.

Following TSW for the NTN prize were runners-up Tuen Mun District and the Police Tactical Unit's Charlie Company, while Kowloon West Region and the Complaints Against Police Office took secondary honours in the Open division.

NTN Chief Superintendent (Admin) Ian Nicholson and Yuen Long District Commander Trevor Oakes presented the prizes after the event.
