Islanders get the message
 On display: Outer island Police notices |
Notice boards publicising the latest police messages are being erected by Marine Port District to strengthen communication between the Force and the public on outlying islands, with their scattered populations.
The notice boards, located in areas frequented by islanders and visitors, will help disseminate crime-prevention messages and promote community relations.
A notice board has already been set up on Peng Chau and those slated for Cheung Chau and Lamma Island will be erected soon.
