The Unit is looking for high-calibre officers of Sergeant and Constable rank who are fit, enthusiastic, self-reliant and display a high degree of initiative. Protective security work is both interesting and challenging. The Unit offers specialised firearms, tactical and medical training. A PEN message (JPO-PEN-42/99) detailing the application procedures was issued on March 24. Application deadline is May 12.

A presentation to introduce the work of VIP PU will be held April 29, at Kai Tak Operations Base from 9 am.
