The Police Welfare Fund is sponsoring 18 police officers's children to participate in the Chinese History and Cultural Education Exchange Programme this summer.

It includes visits to Beijing and elsewhere on the Mainland, meeting officials and locals, and participating in cultural exchange - a valuable opportunity to gain a top understanding of modern China, it's culture and history.

The trip runs from June 26 to July 1 and costs $2,500. The Fund sponsors 60 per cent of the fee. Officers' children aged 15 to 21 are eligible to apply - deadline is April 26.
