Speaking of wine, it's your very last chance to book a place on a special South American Special Wine Workshop slated for June 9, 16 and 23 from 7 to 9 pm. The course allows you to experience and understand just what it is that makes South America such an exciting wine continent.

Taste the wines at all levels of development, style, status and quality, and receive new and up-to-date information on the developing technology in the vineyards, the wineries and the wines. There's a Kids' Handicraft Class on up-coming consecutive Saturdays - April 29, and May 6, 13, and 20 from 2.30 to 4 pm. Learn paper-clay modelling for just $50 a lesson (includes tuition and materials). Book now at Reception.

In May and June we will be holding free Gym Seminars every Saturday from 2 to 4 pm. Each week will focus on a different muscle group with practical advice on the best exercises and how to do them safely and correctly. There's no need to book, and the seminar will be bilingual.

* Starting May 1 it's the Great Italian Pasta Promotion! Choose from the following 'al-dente' dishes: Fettacine with porcini and shitake mushrooms in cream sauce ($42); linguine with scallops and shrimps in a mixed-pepper salsa ($48); risotto with Boston lobster and asparagus in saffron sauce ($72); and, angel hair with olive oil, garlic and hot pepper ($38).
