Impressed by officer's diligence

I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation to Police Constable Lam Chi-kin who handled my case on April 1 at Sheung Shui Police Station. Money had been stolen from our home. We went to the station and reported the case and was served by Mr Lam and others.
We were treated nicely and were deeply impressed with the way the case was handled. Apart from showing his professionalism and patience, Mr Lam also showed he was a very responsible officer.
During our conversation, we also learnt a lot about crime prevention and changed the bad view of police officers we had previously! My wife and I think Hong Kong citizens should be proud of such a good and responsible police force.
