Healthy ways of relaxation-
Concern for yourself and treasure what you have

Relaxation can be made very simple. It will not cost you much effort or money and you can start from the basics.

Whenever you feel stressful, you can:
* Smile and remind yourself of one of your own merits - Understanding and appreciating your own strengths can empower you to cope with adversity. This is also the foundation for a joyful and relaxed life;

* Do something that can make you happy - When we are stressed, we need a break. Look for simple happiness like dressing yourself up, having a delicious dinner, or even taking a bubble bath. When we do something pleasurable, we are actually distracting ourselves from the stress. These simple and positive elements can add some sparkle to our lives;

* List your achievements - Stress can be a depressant. If we are able to look into the things we have already achieved in our lives, we have the power to endorse a positive attitude to face adversity and expand our vision;

* And, give yourself encouragement - Sending yourself verbal encouragement or saying an enlightening proverb can boost your mood and remind you to stay objective and optimistic when facing difficulties.

Relaxation does not necessarily rely on your technique as you can start from the very basic element - you. So be good to yourself and treasure your presence. You can make your own day.
