Commissioner of the United States Customs Service Raymond Kelly and his delegation of four visited Police Headquarters on May 12.
They were met by Acting Commissioner of Police Peter Wong Tsan-kwong and Assistant Commissioner (Crime) Yam Tat-wing, Narcotics Bureau Chief Superintendent Henrique Koo Sii-hong, Criminal Intelligence Bureau Atg CSP Lau Chi-keung and Organised Crime and Triad Bureau Atg CSP Sin Kam-wah, to discuss matters of mutual interest.
