Bike pro recovers stolen wheels
 DC TP To Ho-kee presents the commendation to citizen Ng Siu-lun |
Bicycle shop worker Ng Siu-lun earned a Police Commendation from Tai Po District Commander To Ho-kee on June 30, for helping recover a valuable $15,000 bike.
He spotted and stopped the man who stole it in Luen Wo Hui, Sheung Shui on May 19. The bike's owner reported the theft to his friend Mr Ng who worked at a nearby bicycle shop.
He soon spotted the thief on the bike nearby and subdued him, handing him over to police.
The ceremony was held at the Sheung Shui Police Station OfficersÕ Mess.
