Dick Lee and the Force boys in action against the PLA |
The Force squared off against the Hong Kong Garrison for a basketball friendly on August 6.
The event was part of the People's Liberation Army family open days at its barracks in Shek Kong, Stanley and Stonecutters Island. The Force squad, skippered by Director of Operations Dick Lee Ming-kwai, took on the PLA team led by Garrison Deputy Chief of Staff and Naval Chief of Staff Zhao Yongqing, and squeezed ahead to win the match 62 - 59.
