Singing Phil's praise

I feel compelled to write following my incident on Tsuen Wan Road involving a burst tyre on August 10. I was told mechanics would not be able to reach the scene for at least an hour, and I doubted I could make it to the hospital in time for an important meeting. However, Superintendent Phil Woolcott-Brown approached me and offered immediate help. Had it not been for him and his demonstration of superb professionalism and leadership, I would not have been able to attend the meeting. I feel his handling of the situation was commendable and should be acknowledged accordingly. I would like to thank him and his team for all they did.
