Don't forget to lodge your applications to compete in this year's Police Adventure Club Triathlon on October 21.
It kicks off at 9 am at the Tai Mei Tuk Federation of Youth Groups Outdoor Sports Centre where competitors will swim 500 metres, canoe six kilometres and run 12 kilometres.
All Regular, Auxiliary and civilian staff and family are invited to compete in categories which include men's open, men's senior open, women's open, junior open and invitation.
Entry forms are available from all Training and Staff Relations Officers, entry fee is $50 and all equipment is provided. A crossed cheque payable to the Police Adventure Club and the entry form should be sent to Sau Mau Ping Division Sergeant Tso Wai-tak by October 7.
