Oompah, oompah, stick it up your jumper! Saturday October 7 is German Night at the Police Officers' Club. There'll be German speciality food available as well as the regular menus in both the TSK Hall and Beat Cafe, a free German beer and wine promotion, and the Hong Kong Bavarian Stompers oompah band. Reserve a place now for this Deutsch delight on 2591-1924.

The Club Kids' Halloween Party will be on October 29 featuring ghoulish games, murderous magic, bloody balloon-twisting, the House of Horrors, Lasertag and a terrifying tea!

Tickets are $85 each and are available at Club Reception from September 27.

There's some great courses available at the Club starting in October - Cantonese opera, Chinese painting, aerobics, tai chi, yoga, baat tuen kam, ballroom dancing, Japanese gift wrapping, children's cultural dance, ballet and singing, magic, the Saturday Kids Club and Playgroup.

Please note the arrangements for the October 1 National Day Fireworks Dinner - both restaurants and the Verandah Bar will close at 3 pm, and the whole Club will close at 5 pm, to re-open at 6 pm for holders of dinner tickets.

Got any old videos you're tired of watching? Well we're trying to start a POC Video Club so Members can borrow tapes for free. If you'd like to donate a few tapes, drop them at Reception or call the Assistant Manager on 2591-1930.
