Our estate had seen increasing vehicle thefts over the past few months and the situation did not improve despite stepped up measures by our security guards. However, thanks to strengthened patrols by Chai Wan Police Station officers, no vehicles have been stolen since.
On behalf of all Heng Fa Chuen residents, we would like to send our gratitude to the officers concerned.
