Tuen Mun District officers smashed a drug syndicate October 13, arresting six people and seizing an arsenal of weapons.
Operation Firewall saw two cars intercepted, each carrying about a kilogram of heroin, before search warrants were executed at several houses. Two loaded pistols, two stun guns, 19 machetes, 14 extendable batons and nine black hoods were found in a Yeung Siu Hang Tsuen house, while another 200 grams of heroin, 24 grams of cannabis and another baton were seized from three Tsing Shan Tsuen houses.
The drug haul was valued at about $300,000.
