Officers helped ease bloody horror

I am writing to express my sincere thanks to two officers who helped remove bloodstains left on the balcony of a flat on the 4th floor of a Main Street East building, after an incident on an upper floor on October 13. I witnessed their good work and really appreciate their devotion to duty.
