Obituary
Benson Chan Kwan-to passed away November 23 at the Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital after a short illness. A service on December 4 at the Hong Kong Funeral Home saw about 300 colleagues, friends and relatives pay tribute to the late officer.
Joining the Force in 1951 as a Police Constable, he retired as an Inspector in 1984. He served for a lengthy period in the Criminal Records Bureau as the Nominal Index Officer-in-Charge.
