ACP IS Peter Halliday with SSP Charles Mitchell

Assistant Commissioner (Information Systems) Peter Halliday presented 67 staff of the Wing with Long Service Medals and Clasps, Long and Meritorious Service Awards, Retirement Souvenirs, Commanding Officer's Commendations and Letters of Appreciation in the Senior Officers' Mess on November 22. Mr Halliday also presented souvenirs to representatives of a host of companies who helped sponsor some 30 ISW officers who competed in May's Law Enforcement Torch Run charity race which raised money for Hong Kong athletes to compete in the Special Olympics. The athletes' top performance garnered eight gold, three silver and seven bronze medals, not to mention plenty of praise from those attending the ceremony.
