Chief Secretary for Administration Anson Chan inspected the Joint Parade and Graduation Ceremony of the Youth Pre-employment Training Programme (YPTP) on December 1, at the Police Training School.
Mrs Chan gave a speech exhorting the 300 YPTP trainees who took part in the parade, and chatted with 21 graduates after the ceremony. Commissioner for Labour Pamela Tan presented certificates to some of the outstanding trainees. Also attending the ceremony was Commissioner Eddie Hui Ki-on, the Commissioners of the Correctional Services and Customs and Excise Departments Benny Ng Ching-kwok and John Tsang Chun-wah, Fire Services Director Tsang Kwong-yu, and Assistant Director of Immigration Choi Ping-lun, along with representatives from the Civil Aid Service and Auxiliary Medical Service.
