They were Sergeants Cheung Kwong-tai and Lau Chiu-leung, Senior Police Constable Chan Wai-hung, Police Constables Yau Kou-yuen, Lai Ho-yin, Chan Chi-him, Wong Kai-fai, Kung Ming-lun and Chiu Shing-fai and Woman PC Tang Suk-han. They were nominated by residents for their customer service, performance, appearance and a number of other qualities, which were assessed by the TM DIST Fight Crime Committee. The carnival was held at Tuen Mun Cultural Square and Good Citizen Awards and prizes for penning fight-crime lyrics and singing were also presented. A basketball match, performances and games stalls also featured at the carnival with TM District Commander Au Hok-lam and numerous community leaders in attendance.
