CP's Spring Reception

Commissioner Tsang Yam-pui held his Spring Reception at the Police Officers' Club on January 16, with about 400 people in attendance. Together with other senior officers, Mr Tsang wished all staff association representatives, officials from different government departments and the public a prosperous new year.
