I was shocked and saddened to learn of the tragic death of PC Leung Shing-yan while performing his duty on March 14. I have confidence that the Police will deploy all necessary resources to bring whoever is responsible to justice and continue its fine tradition of professionalism and dedication to uphold the rule of law and protect public security in Hong Kong. You can count on the full support of the HKSAR Government.
