Peak-primed: The runners set off |
Central District and the Central District Junior Police Call Honorary Presidents' Council held the 13th Fight Crime Shield Running Competition at the Peak Galleria, April 8.
This year's event drew a record high of over 300 participants, including members of the JPC, disciplined forces and business groups, as well as Macau JPC members who joined in for the first time. The competition was held to strengthen communication between Police and the public, and encourage their partnership in the fight against crime. Fight crime messages were disseminated through exhibitions and quizzes. Hong Kong Island Regional Commander Eric Leung Chi-bun and Commission of Youth Chairman Li Ka-cheung were among the guests.
