Professor's pride in Police

I want you to know how much I appreciate one of your subordinates, Police Constable Lam Kar-chun. On the night of January 27, I lost my wallet, which contained my ID card, credit card, driver's licence, bank card, and $1,300. To my surprise, I was called the next day and told my wallet was found by Mr Lam on a street. I applaud his deed and consider it a demonstration of the excellent quality of the Hong Kong Police.
