A Kowloon City restaurant owner presented silver plates and a pendant to Acting Kowloon West Senior Superintendent Crime William Coalter and nine officers on June 8, lauding the swift action of the KW Regional Anti-Triad Unit in arresting two self-proclaimed triad members who in December tried to extort him and later criminally damaged his shop. The two were convicted in April.
