The Police Sub Aqua Club will run a PADI Open Water Diver course in August and September, consisting of lectures, pool and sea training.
Lectures are set for August 11, 18 and 25, 3 pm to 6 pm, at Traffic Kowloon West Base, Hung Hom, 6/F multi-function room.
Pool training is on August 13, 20 and 29, 6.15 pm to 9.15 pm, at the Police Officers' Club swimming pool. Sea training is September 6 and 7, two days and one night using a professional diving boat.
Course fee is $3,300 per person.
Requirements: Course participants must be a Regular, Auxiliary or civilian Force member, or Traffic Warden, or their family members; must be 15 or older; able to swim at least 300 metres and tread water for 10 minutes; and, be a Police Sub Aqua Club member.
