The Hong Kong Hotels Association presented Certificates of Appreciation to four officers of Yau Tsim District recently, Tsim Sha Tsui Divisional Commander Chiu Wai-yin, Tsim Sha Tsui Assistant DVC Crime Fong Kwok-wah, YT District Operations Officer Hui Chun-tak and YT Assistant District Operations Officer Kwok Pak-chung, in appreciation for regular crime intelligence and the efficient communication channels provided by TST Division which contributed to a 30 per cent reduction in hotel crime between May and June this year.

YT District also conducts regular briefings and establishes an inquiry hotline for hotel staff prior to special crowd control operations on festive days to minimise inconvenience to hotels in the area.
