RC NTN John Chung launches Priority Objectives, Continuous Growth-Continuous Improvement

As a further step toward enhancing satisfactory regional communications, New Territories North Regional Commander John Chung recently launched the Priority Objectives, Continuous Growth - Continuous Improvement brochure at a ceremony on August 23.

Publication followed extensive consultation with frontline officers covering areas of crime prevention and control, operations and management, and addresses issues faced with regard to policing the Region.

"New Territories North is a dynamic, fast expanding region. It is essential that each and every police officer be aware of established priorities," said Mr Chung.

"These are strategic in nature and serve as a foundation for tackling the many diverse challenges officers face when carrying out their day-to-day work."

All officers in the Region will be provided with a personal copy of the priority objectives brochure and the opportunity to discuss the contents with their respective formation commanders. Likewise, District Commanders will brief District Fight Crime Committees and other community leaders on various initiatives to further foster close partnerships for tackling the various challenges faced by the Region.
