Remember "Clippit"? An interactive Office Assistant, it was featured in the last edition of OffBeat.
I believe that it should have helped you resolve problems producing office documents. In fact, there are nine more such assistants lodged at Microsoft Office 2000: "F1", "The Dot", "Kairu", "The Genius", "Office Logo", "Mother Nature", "Links", "Rocky" and "Saeko Sensei". Each one has its own characteristics and appearance.
Let me tell you how to select a different Office Assistant.
-
Right-click the Office Assistant. If the Assistant isn't visible, just click "Show the Office Assistant" in the "Help" menu.
-
Click "Options" from the pop-up menu shown.
-
Click the "Gallery" tab, and then click "Back" or "Next" until you see the Assistant you want; here you can also read a short resume under each picture of the Assistant.
-
Click "OK" to confirm the selection.
Got it? See..it's so easy.
By the way, can you answer the following question: What is the latest version of the "Communal Information System" (CIS) used by the Force?
-
version 3.0
-
version 4.0
-
version 5.0
-
version 6.0.
So...what is your answer?
Check the next edition of OffBeat for the correct answer. Sorry, there is no prize for the correct answer.
