| In a letter to OffBeat the Chairman of the Hong Kong Police Old Comrades' Association (Canada) expressed delight at hosting a luncheon during the recent private visit to Canada by Deputy Commissioner Management Dick Lee Ming-kwai and his wife. Some 80 members of the Association and their families were present at the lunch. Mr Lee addressed the gathering regarding the latest developments in Hong Kong and within the Force. Thanking Mr Lee for his informative update on the Force in Hong Kong, Association members also expressed their pleasure in meeting any Force members planning to travel to Vancouver. * English version only. |
