Medals galore!
The athletic prowess of Force swimmers came to the fore again at the Corporate Games 2001 held on September 2 with team members clinching a handful of medals amid fierce competition including five gold, seven silver, two bronze and seven third place runner-up medals in freestyle, breaststroke, individual and relay events.
A total of 17 teams from various government departments, public corporations and commercial organisations competed in the event which was held at Kowloon Park swimming pool.
The 11-member Force swimming team comprised Chief Inspector Kelvin Ho Ka-fei, Senior Inspectors Chan Sze-tat and Irvine Christopher, Woman Inspector Choi Nga-wing, Sergeant Wong Lung-sing, Acting Woman Sergeant Lau Chit-hei, Police Constables Cheung Wai-fung and Ng Kwok-wai and Woman Police Constables Leung Siu-ling, Ng Yuk-lin and Yip Wan-nei.
